A bespoke modern kitchen with classic heritage design touches in keeping with the original Georgian home. Kitchen designer Richard Baker created a family eating/living space within a former barn - all built around a large multi-purpose island. Traditional colours are punctuated by a striking blue on the bar stools. One side of this barn conversion is entirely glass providing plenty of light in addition to skylights which are above the dining area. One very valuable lesson learned on this shoot - keep food props away from resident dogs! A whole artisan loaf can disappear in seconds.
